Narambi Street – Narrabundah
The Narambi build was one of the most rewarding projects we have undertaken. The aim was to build a dual occupancy that didn’t look like a modern box and was highly energy efficient. Its north facing orientation, double glazing, water tanks and solar panels make it a low cost home to operate but with more street appeal that most new homes.
Narambi is two 3 bedroom luxury townhouses with ensuite, walk-in-robe, powder room, butlers pantry and laundry chute in each, we thought through every inch of space and how it could be put to use with all inclusions for all modern day conveniences.
Wild Street – Narrabundah
Build of award-winning 4 bedroom sustainable solar-passive stylish family home with a chef’s kitchen, seamless flow for entertain and a self-contained studio for passive income.
The Wild Street build was an attempt to build a high end residential home using a modest budget whilst achieving a highly energy efficient home. The things Matt admires most about this home is the flexible spaces, the inclusion of a self contained studio apartment with separate entrance and its street appeal.
